For autobody repairs, estimates provided are based on the visible damage to the vehicle. Additional costs may apply if further issues are discovered during the repair process. All repair timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the extent of the work required, availability of parts, or insurance company processing times.

Service charges are due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. If a vehicle is towed and stored at our facility, storage fees may apply for each day beyond the agreed pick-up time. Customers are responsible for ensuring payment, either personally or through their insurance provider, and must confirm coverage directly with their insurer.

TNBACR AUTOMOTIVE reserves the right to refuse service in situations that may compromise the safety of our team or equipment, such as unsafe locations or hazardous conditions.
